Our fee for obtaining driving records is $40 per record. There are some cases where we will not your driving record. If you are unsure whether your record is necessary, please give us a call.

Conditions of Accepting Online Payments

For your convenience, Joyner Law accepts secure online payments through Authorize.Net. You will be emailed a receipt at the email address you provided. There is generally no need to send us a copy of the receipt. We also accept payments made over the phone as well as checks or money order mailed or otherwise delivered to our Richmond Office. If you would like to pay with cash, please call to schedule an appointment.
Terms of Submitting Payment Online(Required)

By submitting payment online, you agree to the following:

– You agree to the terms of the Fee Agreement

– Joyner Law is retained, and the representation begins, at the time Joyner Law receives the fee in pull prior to your court date. Partial payments and payment plans are not accepted unless otherwise agreed, in writing, between you and Joyner Law.

-Online payments must be made at least four business days prior to your scheduled hearing. If you wish you make payment within four business days of your scheduled hearing, you must contact Joyner Law prior to submitting payment. This is to ensure that there are no scheduling conflicts and we are available to represent you. Joyner Law will not agree to representation for payments made within four business days of your court date unless explicitly authorized by the firm.

– Authorize.Net may process your payment within four business days of your court date but that does not bind Joyner Law to representation unless explicitly authorized by the firm. In the event that you payment is processed within four business days of your scheduled hearing without authorization from Joyner Law, your payment will be refunded to your account as soon as reasonably possible.

– Payment for representation does not include any fine and/or court costs. Fines and/or court costs remain your responsibility.
