Bethany M. Long-Hampsten
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Bethany is a native of Tazewell, Virginia and she currently runs our Southwest Virginia office in Wytheville, Virginia.
Bethany attended Salem College in Winston-Salem, North Carolina where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Religion. She then attended Appalachian School of Law, where she was an associate editor of the Law Review and competed on the Mock Trial team.
Bethany is an experienced trial attorney with over eight years of experience in criminal and traffic law. As a former prosecutor in the Carroll County and Tazewell County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Offices, she tried multiple jury and bench trials including serious felonies, misdemeanors, and traffic offenses. Bethany is dedicated to providing clients with the best possible representation at reasonable prices.
She also sits as the Chair for Section 1 of the Tenth District Committee for the Virginia State Bar.
